Chocolate City is a brotherhood of MIT students and alumni who identify with urban culture and share common backgrounds, interests, ethnicities, and/or experiences. By cultivating a tradition of social, intellectual, character, and leadership development, the Brothers of Chocolate City exemplify a high standard of excellence which is founded on continual growth. We seek to enrich the MIT and greater global communities by embodying the principles of our brotherhood.

CC Retreat 2020- The Brothers of Chocolate City plan an annual retreat to encourage brotherhood bonding as well as a space away from MIT to relax, decompress and discuss anything they need to in a safe and welcoming environment.
CCome Thru: Leaders of the Social Scene in (black) Boston, Chocolate City hosts parties throughout the year where black students all across Boston can come together, party, dance and enjoy their culture.
Ill Vibes 2019: Ill Vibes is another annual event put on by Chocolate City where we showcase performance art from artists (and amateurs) from all across MIT and the Boston Community.
Real Men Read: Chocolate City Brothers understand that community is important and we make sure to engage in community outreach every semester. Pictured is Real Men Read, a program where CC brothers would mentor black middle school boys.
